Contract or Contract-to-Hire

Our contract and contract-to-hire options are billed by the number of hours our employee has worked at your office or facility. 

Direct-Hire:

You will not be billed for direct hire placements until you have accepted the candidate presented and decide to hire them full-time. 

Invoices will be issued weekly and can be paid electronically. 

Upon the start date of the newly hired employee, an invoice will be issued. 

Yes. 

We have an easy conversion process for any client who wants to hire an employee before the agreed-upon hours have been completed. This includes a pre-negotiated fee so that you understand how much of an investment may be involved in hiring someone early.

Alpha Matrix Staffing offers a comprehensive medical plan that meets the Affordable Care Act coverage requirements. 

Voluntary benefits plans such as medical, dental, and vision. 

Yes. 

For background checks, we offer county-specific searches and/or nationwide database searches, depending on what is essential to the client. 

It depends on the skills and experience required. We pride ourselves on having a robust inventory of screened employees ready to work. 

If your specific needs require a more specialized or rare skill set, we will give you a reasonable expectation for how long a search may take.  

Alpha Matrix Staffing complies with all jurisdictions where Paid Sick Leave is mandated by law. In most cases, the cost of paid sick time is built into our hourly bill rate, and we don’t charge clients separately. 

If an employee is out long enough to trigger a leave of absence, such as the Family Medical Leave Act, we follow the documentation procedures set forth by law. 

Our timekeeping system allows employees to manage their time on a computer, tablet, or smartphone. Once they submit their time, an approval email is sent to the client, who either approves or rejects the time. Once the time is approved, the contractor is paid, and an invoice is sent to the client.
